Originally from the East Coast (Connecticut), Chris moved out to Arizona in 2003 after graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2001. Prior to joining De Rito Partners, Chris worked on a 1.4-million-square foot portfolio that included more than 30 retail listings. Since joining De Rito in 2012 Chris has completed over 160 transactions totaling $94 million dollars. Chris has a very sound understanding of the local market and what it takes to get a deal done in the current climate. Chris puts a major emphasis on building long-term relationships with landlords, brokers and clients, which has led to his success in the industry. Additional specialty areas include tenant representation and disposition of assets.
