Trevor Jack joined Baum in January of 2014. He provides landlord representation services to a portfolio that includes listings both in the city and suburbs of Chicago. Trevor currently is tasked with leasing responsibilities for City Hyde Park as well as properties in Roscoe Village, Lincoln Park, Logan Square, Wicker Park, and Naperville. Prior to joining Baum, Trevor interned with Cushman & Wakefield in their retail brokerage division where he canvassed for tenants looking to enter the Chicago market, abstracted leases, analyzed market data and developed briefings. Trevor is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and the CCIM Institute. Trevor graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban & Regional Planning. Trevor is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is a LEED Green Associate.
