Expansion Plans

Prefers to own, Drive thru with 20-30 parking spaces & Minimum 150 foot of frontage. Lot size 20,000 - 30,000 sq ft. Preferred locations are corners, but shopping center pads with cross easements are also acceptable. We will consider end-cap locations in areas with high density population and intensive walk-up business. Will also consider the acquisition of existing restaurants from single locations to multiple units. HVAC: 1-8 ton unit in dining room, 1-10 ton unit in kitchen; Electric: 120/280v, 60 Hz, 3%u2205, 600A, wye (preferred); Gas: 1020 MBH, maximum-equivalent length of 85%; Sewer: 55 F.U. total (24 F.U. non-grease waste, 31 F.U. grease waste); Water: 52 F.U. or 54 gpm (flush valves) @ 60-80 psig maximum instantaneous; Signage: Corporate logo and colors on building and prominent pylon or monument sign. Seeking drive-through sites throughout West Coast in Urban and Suburban Markets. A-sites, infill, building conversions, and offsets.
