Kris Kral was born in New Jersey and grew up in Tampa, Florida. As a Tenant Rep, Kris is responsible for site selection, presentation, and LOI negotiation on behalf of his clients. Kris spent seven years of his career as a commercial real estate lender in the Tampa market, then five years in corporate real estate for a national convenience store chain and regional grocery chain. He joined TSCG in 2011. Kris is a graduate of the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in finance and the University of Florida with a graduate degree in real estate. Kris has four children who keep him very busy.
