Our current trading area is NY, NJ, CT, MA, and FL and we are specifically looking for power centers, regional & community shopping center locations, national tenants, deep discount anchors, dominant supermarkets, or discount apparel anchors. We currently have over 13 stores, from 6,000 - 20,000 sq ft with up to 50 foot of frontage. We recently opened a store in Florida and we are looking for more opportunities in the state.
