Expansion Plans

20 years. Minimum 320 feet of building frontage for large store and 275 feet for the small store. Parking: 4.5 cars per 1,000 square feet. We prefer to purchase and own our real estate, but other types of transactions will be considered. 87,410-square-foot prototype should be located on approximately seven acres and reside in a metro or middle market area. 64,250-square-foot prototype should be located on approximately six acres and reside in a small or rural market area.
