Expansion Plans

Ideal site would be a corner lot, at a traffic light with convenient ingress & egress on the 'going home' side of the street. Locations on primary commuter needs artery with good strategic positioning. --- The lot size would be a minimum of 25,000+ square feet (125' x 200' ft. or .5 acre). Drive-thru in mandatory in most locations (Endcaps preferred in strip centers). Will consider larger locations if a second generation restaurant. Regional malls must have at least 1,000,000 sq ft retail space. Average sites are 2,100-2,200 sq ft.with 48 seats and 25 parking spaces. All other locations: Food court(1,000sq ft), In-line(2,100 sq ft), Walk-up(1,350 sq ft) and Traditional(66 seat - 2,700 & 28 seat - 1,800 sq ft).
