Corner site at major cross streets is most desirable, but good visibility and access would allow for other pad considerations. Minimum of 2 miles from existing full-service Wells Fargo store. 1-1 1/2 acre pad site with 210' minimum frontage. Requires 2,500-5,000 sq. ft. Parking requirement: 5-6 parking stalls for every 1,000 sq. ft. Drive-thru capabilities for up to six lanes determined by market demand potential. ATM locations available in through-the-wall, walk-up island and drive-up formats. Currently there are 12,361 ATM locations.
