RetailTenant was created to address a practical challenge I saw repeatedly in retail leasing: finding the right tenants—at the right time—with information that is current, relevant, and usable.
Shopping-center owners and leasing teams are expected to move quickly, yet much of the tenant intelligence available today is fragmented, outdated, or overly generic. Decisions that materially affect a center's performance are often made with incomplete visibility into which retailers are truly expanding, where they are focused, and whether they are appropriate for a specific vacancy.
RetailTenant was built to bring greater clarity to that process. The platform is designed to organize tenant information in a way that reflects how leasing decisions are actually made—by center type, space requirements, growth patterns, and market context—while respecting the experience and judgment of professionals on the ground.
RetailTenant does not replace relationships, local knowledge, or leasing expertise. It exists to support them. Our goal is to provide objective, well-structured information that helps owners and leasing teams work more efficiently and with greater confidence.
