All content, software, data compilations, analytics, designs, trademarks, and platform functionality are owned by RetailTenant or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant RetailTenant a limited license to use such content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Such data does not identify individual users and is owned exclusively by RetailTenant.
